If you need a little ME time, like right now!
Then carve out 10 minutes for yourself (sometime today, if you can). All you need is some a some colouring pencils or crayons (and if you are short on crafty supplies, I’ve even worked with different coloured pens, sharpies and highlighters). I recommend that you play some of your favourite tunes and fill your cup with a pleasing beverage. Enjoy!
