- Paper (the bigger, the better)
- Pencil or marker
- Colouring supplies (pencil crayons, pastels, markers, crayons or even paint if you have thick paper)
- A playlist of your favourite songs (if you are doing this virtually with a friend, share your playlists with each other!)
Marlene Lowden is a painter, facilitator and yoga teacher. She co-hosts an annual art and yoga retreat in Spain and connects to her community as an instructor in schools and at art festivals. She is a proud alumni member of Thrive Art Studios, an international collective of female artists. Marlene is honoured to have her artwork in private and public collections in Canada and internationally.
