We have put together a fantastic schedule for you; a balance of guided offerings as well as plenty of free time. We will move our bodies, connect to our inner stillness, tap into creativity, cultivate connection, commune with nature, breathe deep and enjoy nourishing meals.
No experience is necessary – come with an open heart, a playful attitude and a desire to nourish yourself, and we will take care of the rest.

Unwind, Unplug, Relax & Let the Paint Fly!
May 27 & 28th or July 15 & 16th
Join Marlene & Patrick at their home on the Sunshine Coast for a weekend of nourishment, relaxation and creativity!*
Come spend your weekend with us. You will be part of a small group of painters looking to deepen your commitment to your creativity. We will nourish you with beautiful vegetarian meals, walks in the forest, gentle yoga practices and guided meditation. Marlene will share her studio with you and provide all your art materials for the weekend so that you can explore acrylic and oil painting. She will lead you in some creative exercises but also give you plenty of free time to paint. Feel free to bring some works in progress too!
*Note: this is a non-residential retreat experience but we’d be happy to help you find wonderful accommodation on the Coast.
- Enjoy 8 hours of art instruction including free time to paint
- 3 yoga classes (suited for all levels) along with time for meditation
- A guided walk/hike in the forest near our home
- 4 vegetarian meals –
Saturday lunch & dinner and Sunday breakfast & lunch prepared by my husband Patrick, whose art medium is food!
- All art supplies are included. We will use both acrylic and oil paint.
